We went to visit our class garden.
We stopped off first at our little apple tree, and had a look at apples on the trees and at some windfall apples. We even saw a few little slugs and snails having a nibble at the windfalls.
We picked one apple which we will taste in class tomorrow.
Outside at the garden we looked at more slugs and snails (the downfall of an organic garden!), and we looked at some seeds that we can plant in the classroom along with all the spider plants we have growing on our window sill.
We will be doing a lot more gardening this school year.
