Be safe, be seen, Junior Infants
Today we were talking about Lucy from Sunny Streets. She was riding her bicycle. We were talking about the different ways she could keep safe while riding her bike. One of the ways we said she could keep safe was to wear a bright reflective jacket so she could be seen. We got a great surprise as we all recieved a free bright reflective jacket each. We put them on when we were going home. Teacher said we should try and wear them on our way to school and on the way home. The motto is " BE SAFE BE SEEN". If we wear these jackets while we are out walking or cycling. Drivers will see us and will slow down.
